Had a leak in our roof they came out to fix at the end of May...it's now the beginning of October and my roof is leaking water in the same spot. I get that we had some heavier rains than normal, but I would think that I should be leak free more than 4 months right? Apparently not. Without even looking at it, they were able to tell me that it's not the same leak and it's new damage. The response I received when I said that was unacceptable was far from professional.
I would not use these people. very unprofessional. They don't return calls. don't show up and don't call when they don't show up. the girl in the office is full of excuses and never apologizes.
