THE ADMITISTRATOR, AND THE CARE PLAN COORDATOR DON'T SEE THE RESIDENTS AS PEOPLE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM, EXCEPT FOR THEIR MONEY THEY BRING IN. THEY ALWAYS UNDER STAFF. AND THE STAFF THE DO HAVE IS OVER WORKED, UNDER PAID AND UNAPPRCIATED.
