Crestview Estates is a joke. They've got drug dealers that live there and even when notified about viewed activities or troubling tenants, they don't do anything about them. The cops are almost a weekly thing there. The "manager" of the property doesn't do anything, at all - outside of causing problems for everyone. When it snows and no one can get out of their driveways, leave it to a tenant to call for a snowplow because the dang manager (even the owners) won't call one for the tenants.
