Let's unravel the benefit of this apartment complex. I moved to Newberg 10 years ago from Beaverton. I've rented because I thought I would not have to do maintenance on my residence. I've owned 4 houses and my inclination is to keep making the place better, more functional, and pretty. Renting was a rough experience prior to some new apartment complexes in Newberg. Why do we feel the need to over populate cities? I hope no one buys or rents these... how can they? A 1000sqf. Is almost as much as my 2185sqf. House.... what a jk.
