This park, Crestview West, has definitely gone down hill.  There have been 3 different managers in the complex in the last 2 years.  I’ve been bullied by management to paint my house when it’s been raining and snowing. I don’t mind fixing it up but when the weather is better.  I have a neighbor who continues to creep me out, follow me, etc. cops called 5 different times. This an older park. We moved in just 7 months ago and have had 3 different managers. The first, who had been here awhile, had let the park rules slide, which actually caused us a lot of problems with the home we bought. The second was enforcing the rules, was easy to talk to, and actually cared and helped correct a problem with my mail delivery. You do not want to live here!!! The manager Francine has a God complex, the manager keeps the door locked during business hours, they wont answer the phone and you cant leave a message because the phone hangs up, you cant get a rent reciept during pay your rent week. You pound on the door for 15 minutes and Francine comes to the door just to tell you she cant help you and when asked If can come back later she cant give an answer and she will contact me when she has time for me. It is an absolutely fantastic amazing incredible tremendously run down mobile home park. IF only there was another way to say it. But alasfor the rent of $630 per space per month and zero amenities, septic systems so contaminated with water runoff that frequently gets tested for bacteria and lead; trees that could topple over at any moment; roads so torn up, street lights that havent worked in years; mobile homes with rotting roofs, rotting contractor steps, and moss covered roof tops covered with plastic tarps- it might be ... read more

I have a sex offender living 50 steps from my home- where my granddaughter and grandsons, nieces and nephews visit. There are several young visitors to this Park and I am worried for their safety as well as for the safety of the single, elderly women who live alone here. I am quite concerned about his presence in this community. Several tenants have been the victim of his hostile and demeaning behaviors.
