This lab deserves no stars! I show up fasting for labs before 8am and the tech doesn’t show till 8:20am (the lab suppose to open at 8) then they say they are having problems with insurances so there is a new $20 fee. I ask if they take debit and the tech says nope, he’s been rude the entire time like he’s bothered that people have been waiting. Not to mention there was no sign in sheet so he’s trying to figure out who was first, etc. I then asked him if there was a corporate or manager number to contact and he says no! I gue... read more
Once you know where it is, great service,great staff,easy blood draw. I have deep veins and have had nothing but easy draws when going here. I’ve not had more than a 20 minutes wait in the year I have been going here.
This closest office is not a comfortable wait. I suggest if you want to get your labs at the Pavilion change your insurance carrier.
There is no sign in sheet and the staff expects the patients to figure out which order people are to be seen. They're supposed to open at 9, but the lady working did not arrive in the office until 9:30.
