The technician clearly had no idea what he was doing. He arrived looking unprofessional, couldn’t answer basic questions, and spent more time Googling answers on his phone than actually working. He left saying the issue was “solved.” It wasn’t. I called the company to have someone come back, and they said I’d have to pay another full service charge. I am absolutely livid. This company is a complete disaster from top to bottom. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and they assured me everything was confirmed. On the day of, no one showed up. I waited 5 hours and called the office repeatedly, only to be told, “the technician had an emergency.” No call, no heads-up, nothing. I rescheduled, and they no-showed again. What kind of business fails to deliver every step of the way? First, the appointment was delayed twice. Then, the tech arrived without the tools needed to do the job. He left and never returned. When I called to reschedule, they put me on hold for 25 minutes, then hung up. I called again, and the rep acted like she had no idea who I was. I eventually gave up.
