After waiting almost 6 months due to them not having parts needed which is understandable due to covid we finally got our car in to be fixed. Took in Monday and said be done next Monday. Fair enough. But after a week of sitting in the lot after patiently waiting another month after parts were in no body work was started. Said try Wednesday. Paint has to have time to dry. Very satisfied with the body repairs done on my Subaru. I was able to get a rental car on site from Enterprise when I dropped off the car for repairs. They completed it on time and cleaned the car thoroughly. Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous. I didn’t have any problems or issues and would recommend their business to everyone.
Don’t recommend using this body shop in Calcutta ohio.. Drive to Pennsylvania or West Virginia if your only choice in Calcutta! Poor quality workmanship.. You will regret unless your going to get rid of your car before the lifetime warranty is up.. Why they have that guarantee because they know you won’t have the car a lifetime !! Beware they delete all bad reviews!!
