This was good place to live. Great location.
We are coming up on a year living in the apartment ♡ life was so uncertain when we moved here and we definitely weren't in a spot to be able to afford this building or move at all for that matter but we had to, that being said the place has been worth every penny , Anna and Cathy have been so so amazing and patient with us as we adjusted to living here , they make payments and interactions pleasant and safe feeling experience. They slack on enforcing the rules; it's like a free-for-all. Don't waste your money paying for parking. People just park their vehicles in visitor parking or EV parking spots, and when you complain, they do nothing about it. Cops are here a lot. I thought one lived here, but they don't. Garbage fills the bins and ends up all over the ground for days before anything is done. Staff walk by as renters park in visitor's parking or the EV spots, which are public chargers with gas pickup trucks and gas cars and do nothing about it... read more
