Lived here for 7 years before moving on. Maintenance staff were always quick to fix any major issues that arose from appliances / AC / water. Rent remained fairly stable and did not go up at all during COVID. No issues with my neighbors. Several elderly folks will hang out in the commons always open to kick off a conversation. Wish I had moved in a few years later as the renovations with the flooring look fairly nice.
They must hire someone to clean the elevator, the laundries are disgusting, the laundries still smell ugly, the laundries of supermarkets wherever they want crossed in the corridors, it is impossible for so many apartments to rent and not have to pay for someone fixed cleaning
I really like living here. It's a very quiet place, and the management staff is very responsive to the needs of its residents.
I have a relative who has lived here for a few months and I really do not know why they do not have someone who has fixed daily cleaning to keep the laundromats clean, the elevator is horrible, many abandoned elderly people live here, that nobody is aware of them, they are very messy, their apartments smell bad, just to pass by, the parking lot is a mess, the lines are not marked, the cars are parked badly, these things are not worth much money, they should attend to them and they should not. Let them overlook
