I had the pleasure of working with Kim she heard me out and how dire it was for me to get a place of my own and what works best for my budget of course , she was very responsive , very clear about the community and units have to offer. Which I was pleasantly surprised she did note their older buildings reasoning why I had another unit in Englewood Double the price and not nearly as nice as these are. I dont know how anyone is able to move in here. We've called several times to set up a tour and haven't received any response
Beware!! Never met the landlord. They use a software to determine CREDIT SCORE/RENT SCORE & run $40 per applicant fee. We're pressured to pay the application fee and senses told us we'd be denied....
Units were nice, but the person who was supposed to give me a tour never replied to a single one of my calls or emails. I had to pace around for 15 minutes after my showing appointment and eventually spammed the phone number on the sign out front to get given a code to tour the room. Their management seems very hands off lol
