I took my dog here. Unfortunately he was very sick and we made the decision to euthanize him. The vet and staff were so great. They treated up kindness and compassion and the vet was up front about everything. I could not have chosen a better place for the end of this journey. I am forever grateful for the care, kindness and respect given to us through such a hard time. Excellent staff and beautiful people. Thank you for how you treated our Beau Bear and us. Wonderful people.
Unfortunately the news we got through this visit wasnt what a pet owner wants. However, the type of service and advice you get helps with the next steps.
So lucky to have such a great emergency vet hospital close by. The staff was kind, helpful and quick to get us into a room. We might have been too hasty to get our dog to a vet but we felt it better to be safe than sorry. Dr Bennett did a thorough exam and put us at ease that he was ok. Given the circumstances, we'd do it again and we would choose Crestview again!
Our experience at Crestview Animal Hospital today was extremely disappointing. We brought our 12-year-old pug to the hospital in the morning because she was having difficulty breathing, wasn’t eating, and had been vomiting. Rather than seeing her immediately, the staff scheduled us for a regular appointment later that day and sent us an email confirmation, it did not state they were scheduling it as an emergency.
