Updating my review from four years ago. We had another fantastic experience today with Dr. Sachs putting us at ease with our 11 yorkie. I can’t say enough how much they have helped! We started here 15 years ago with Dr. Sachs when we had our bill mastiff. He was wonderful all the way through the dog’s life. We now (several years later) have a Yorkiepoo with a super nervous temperament. Dr. Hiller is wonderful and is always quick to respond to any issues etc. that the dog has. So glad we are part of their practice!
Wow no wonder all the good reviews are from a year ago! I made an appt for my puppy switched from another vet. 2 days before my appointment my puppy got sick. I called Crestview to see if they could see her. The receptionist Riley could not have been more curt, Uncaring and just plain unempathetic!!! I realize they are being bombarded with other people switching vets, but come on!! Spoke with her again today and canceled my appt! Again, she is just so rude and abrupt! Sadly, we had to put our 16 year-old calico cat down today due to complications from hyperthyroidism heart and kidney disease. I can’t say Enough good things about the care and compassion provided by the staff at Crestview Animal Hospital. In our time Of grief, they provided us with clear explanations of her condition and space, & Time to make a very hard Decision. The staff is unique in their profession in providing outstanding care Veterinary care to the community.
