Wow no wonder all the good reviews are from a year ago! I made an appt for my puppy switched from another vet. 2 days before my appointment my puppy got sick. I called Crestview to see if they could see her. The receptionist Riley could not have been more curt, Uncaring and just plain unempathetic!!! I realize they are being bombarded with other people switching vets, but come on!! Spoke with her again today and canceled my appt! Again, she is just so rude and abrupt! Sadly, we had to put our 16 year-old calico cat down today due to complications from hyperthyroidism heart and kidney disease. I can’t say Enough good things about the care and compassion provided by the staff at Crestview Animal Hospital. In our time Of grief, they provided us with clear explanations of her condition and space, & Time to make a very hard Decision. The staff is unique in their profession in providing outstanding care Veterinary care to the community.
Wonderful staff, they take the best care of our fur baby. Dr Harry Sachs is the most compassionate, professional Vet you will ever find!
