Read the comment i puy on the chelsea trailer park and you will know why i put the same here.I will just say it, heck with it.Kathy charges $100 for 2 people to fill out rental application.They should refynd this fee if you do not get in.Kathy may say oh that is a fee to run your credit, background check or whatever.She knows certaun people will not get into the park based on credit.We make plenty enough money just don't have the greatest credit.Kathy has done this numerous times wth the rental application to where she has a... read more
Nice and friendly neighborhood and the property manager is super nice. They keep up on maintaining the landscape as well as roofing, plowing, repaving driveways, etc. Nice little place to live.
