Checked into Crestone to detox and get introduced back into the 12-step program, all the staff here is truly amazing and so kind and thoughtful, I was so well taken care of, from there rooms having movies to really well curated meals and snacks, the staff there truly cares about your well being and hospitality, the bathrooms are very well kept up and sanitary, the nursing staff listened to my every need and the clinical team help give me what I needed to get on track to a great start back into a 12-step program with amazing ... read more

Edited to add: if you don’t believe this review I would encourage you to read the review from Dominic, an ex-employee (who was awesome). Ignore the one from Greg and Elizabeth Rolfe, the owner himself and his wife. Further, the vague “please contact us to discuss this further response from the company does not make up for anything. This is a prime example of a business model designed to profit off of a vulnerable population; a “turn and burn” place.
