Massive shout out to Dr. Julie and the front end staff for juggling some major dove tail appts to get our Doodle, Daisy in for a rx and exam..she was having puss from her eyelids ( as result of swimming in bad water) and getting our normally happy girl on the mend…we are passing through the area on summer vacay and really needed some loving care and fast attention, and the team delivered! Thank you thank you thank you!

I took my cat to the vet to get her first shots and dewormings like I was told to do by the SPCA and they were going to cover the cost of the vet visit. It was only supposed to be a 20 or so minute appointment but after they took her to the back and waiting for over an hour yo have the cops arrive trying to tell me that I'm not allowed to have my cat when the SPCA has told me I could have her and waiting almost another hour just dealing with that and having to have the SPCA come and explain everything to the cops that I am i... read more

I was told 4 years ago, that my dog had cancer and would not be with me long. I brought her last week to replenish her prescription and was over charged for a cursory examination and over priced medicine. Not impressive in any way.

They are owned by a conglomerate that is monopolizing the market. Very expensive compared to non associated clinics. They also use a ‘upsale’ system that I find very tacky and insensitive. The only saving grace was the friendly front desk, which now I’m sad to report has been replaced with friged robots that are driven to tow the conglomerate line. So much for our quaint little town vet. Big business has come to Creston.

We had a rough week over which time we lost our much loved18 yr old cat Patches, everyone at the hospital was very caring and did all they could but sadly we had to say goodbye to her, she was too weak to take in to Creston (we live in Canyon) Dr. Aiyanna Hoogsteen came out to the house and showed real compassion and caring, a credit to her profession, thank you all and also thank you for the card, another nice touch, Dave and Joanna
