A HUGE Thank you to Creston Emergency Vet Staff for taking the time on a Saturday to attend to my cat Bobbie, who was sleeping in my engine bay when we started the vehicle …The staff were professional and immediately were able to attend to her and thankfully they decided the cat has at least 8 more lives to live.. It’s great to have such a valuable service here in Creston and I cannot express how thankful I am
Their whole team was so helpful, patient, and thorough when taking care of my little cat who was quite sick. They took a lot of time answering questions and explaining processes/ procedures, treatments, and costs thoroughly and thoughtfully. My cat is feeling so much better, getting back energy, and her personality, they really took care of my little girl and I know they’ll do the same for your pets too should they need help.
Our Golden Doodle had a stomach blockage while we were on vacation in Canada. Dr Collin Lee Jong Heuk performed emergency surgery in the middle of the night. The Dr and his entire staff has been amazing. They saved our dog's life and have continued to follow up and ensure he is improving every day. We are so grateful that we still have our dog in our lives. Thanks to the Creston Vet team for everything!
Massive shout out to Dr. Julie and the front end staff for juggling some major dove tail appts to get our Doodle, Daisy in for a rx and exam..she was having puss from her eyelids ( as result of swimming in bad water) and getting our normally happy girl on the mend…we are passing through the area on summer vacay and really needed some loving care and fast attention, and the team delivered! Thank you thank you thank you!
I took my cat to the vet to get her first shots and dewormings like I was told to do by the SPCA and they were going to cover the cost of the vet visit. It was only supposed to be a 20 or so minute appointment but after they took her to the back and waiting for over an hour yo have the cops arrive trying to tell me that I'm not allowed to have my cat when the SPCA has told me I could have her and waiting almost another hour just dealing with that and having to have the SPCA come and explain everything to the cops that I am i... read more
