Should have looked here before accepting our guide’s recommendation. Called them 2 days after our hunt, no response after multiple attempts for over a week. When I did finally get to talk to someone (Melanie) I was informed that most of my meat has been processed into completely different than what I asked for. Purchased 115 LBs of pork from Creston for an event we catered. purchased all frozen, as soon as it thawed out it smelled and the color was off. Called them right away and they tried to blame us for it and refused to offer any replacement meat or refund. The places is dirty, the prices are high and the meat was garbage. 100% NEVER AGAIN!!

I’ve been buying meat from Simon/Creston Valley Meats for over 10 years now. Initially, I became a customer because of the raw dog food he offers. My dogs love it & are thriving! But, I also love all the other meat he sells (especially the sausages and lamb). If the ordering process is confusing to you, just shoot them an email (in advance of your order). I know they’d be happy to help.

I have been using Creston Valley Meats for wild game processing for a few years now. Their sausages are fantastic. Everything is vacuum packed and clearly labeled. Plus and a big plus- They deliver! I have used many butchers and they are one of the best.

If you plan to buy meat and subscribe to the mailing list also be prepared to be inundated with political garbage in your inbox. Unprofessional and rude!
