Warren is, by far, the most through and detailed inspector I have ever met. He was paramount in the investigation of a property that we had an offer on. I have never met someone so dedicated to his job, you can tell he cares so much about his clients and sticks with you through all your questions (big and small). His is worth his weight in gold and the fact that his prices were the best we have ever found only added to the obvious decision to use him as a home inspector. Go Warren!
