I've been a tenant for years and appreciate the staff are onsite and familiar. I called on my break to speak to the office and the call was answered by the deep, booming voice of a man. I asked if he was with the answering service. No one has had a problem answering this before. I can then determine if I want to call back or leave a message. He would not tell me.
