Very professional, I would recommend this clinic.
Do not recommend. After spending close to $1000. For new lenses only they have to be replaced, my bifocal line is wrong! Please train your employees! I am on a pension and can't afford costly mistakes. Will never be back.
Came in last minute to get an alignment on my glasses and they were very friendly and ready to help right away. Great costumer service!
This was the worst experience I've ever had at an optometry clinic. The staff member doing the pre-testing was completely clueless and had a total lack of knowledge and skill with the equipment. I was left with severe dizziness, vertigo, and increased light sensitivity for a week, necessitating an additional visit to a vision therapist out of town. I always support local business. NOT IN THIS CASE, terrible customer service. I was told and I quote "we charge you the minute you walk in the door here" won't be back.
