Gem in the rough! Economical, clean rooms, friendly Canadian staff, right in the heart of Creston. Very chill vibe with unlimited freshly picked fruit and veg - and best jarred delicious salsa! The attached Jimmy’s Pub & Grill hosts a mean smash burger on their huge 2nd storey tree-covered patio - with great service. Loved this place. Tip: only place to breakfast early is Ricky’s All Day Grill. Tip 2: Don’t paddle board from the Old Ferry Boat Launch on the Kootenay River. Great hotel. We read all the warnings about noise but did not experience them when we stayed. It may be different if there was a live band in the bar. Our room was very large and comfortable. Bed & linens were great too. Highly recommend this hotel.
