First never got a vehicle from this place so I would not know how the office personnel would be to work with. But I will say the service center is a joke. Took a suv in up to 3 or 4 times. Well fixed 1 issue. Than went back doing the same thing. So needed a alignment got it nope, needed to get a new tire again nope. So took to des moines and had it 3hrs found what the issue was and more. Creston didn't even care or look they just want to drive them and tell ya something it's not. These people are professionals all the way! I am confident that they are doing a good job. Fun to talk to the people who work there. Small town dealerships are so much better than what you find in the city.
They attempted to put rack and pinion in my car 1600 dollars later and my steering wheel is upside down horn and airbag don't work and a bolt fell out out steering knuckles rck and pinion I almost wrecked and they didn't and won't do anything to correct it or apologize for the danger they put me and my family in. I will never take a vehicle to them again.or recommend. They flat out suck.
