First never got a vehicle from this place so I would not know how the office personnel would be to work with. But I will say the service center is a joke. Took a suv in up to 3 or 4 times. Well fixed 1 issue. Than went back doing the same thing. So needed a alignment got it nope, needed to get a new tire again nope. So took to des moines and had it 3hrs found what the issue was and more. Creston didn't even care or look they just want to drive them and tell ya something it's not.
