First I would like to say I’m a person who forgets everything. I was contacted early in the week advising that it was time for maintenance. My appointment was set up quickly, I was in there first thing Saturday morning. I received excellent customer service from Ray Adkins in the service department. Instead of sitting there like a normally do, I decided to take a shuttle with Hawkeye to the farmers market which was a delightful ride there and back.
