Terrible from beginning to end. Nearly 2 weeks for a booking, receptionist was rude and no help at all. Doctor seemed to want the appointment over as soon as I got there. Waiting time was ridiculous. And it's no longer bulk billing for everyone, so if I have to pay then I'm going to find someone who's worth paying for. Do not recommend.
The girls at the reception were extremely rude and disrespectful. I have no idea how they got hired or what kind of qualification they have to be working in such a setting. A medical clinic shoud have staff who know how to treat people with kidness and respect.
U have to wait hours on your appointment day to see the doctor and the receptionist is very rude mostly the receptionist needs to change their attitude will never go back there again
Until this year this place was great. But now. You have to wait up to two weeks to get an appointment staff at front counter are getting very rude don't answer phones.
Been attending here for years now lovely staff, the phones never open on time, but always clean facilities and friendly staff. The female nurse is awesome.
