Is very hard for me doing this review but this mortgage lender is the worst. We are a Retired Military family who move from one state to another one in less than a month and we choose them because the builders prefer this lender. This is been a nightmare for us. They expect us to do have any expenses during our process. I think they want us to not eat or have a hotel room to live until we can close our home. RecommendedThey made closing on a home a very easy process. They were in constant contact. Also, responded quickly to questions and never made me feel stupid when I couldn't send what was needed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Everyone that I dealt with had excellent customer service and cared about me and my husband and our experience in purchasing a home.
Very professional, helpful and ensure things go smooth from the date we finalize the finance plan up to closing. Glad i had them manage my financing of new home. Kudos to Elizabeth and Mayerline.
