Had a great visit hoping to get moved in this week
These people will not respond to you for any help or inquiry unless you are persistent or go in person. But who wants to go in person if you’re met with an attitude. Crazy how they blow up your phone from the moment you apply to live here so that they can get you in. Roaches in units. Humidity issues. Smell of smoke around the property. Dog poop in all the grass. Paying luxury rent just for it to be a below mid apartment complex.
I experienced good things when I first moved into this complex shortly after some months I’ve been experiencing problems with maintenance not coming to fix our A/C unit that constantly goes out every week, rude neighbors that’s constantly bangs on the ceiling, cheap appliances my tub is peeling, my stove don’t fit it always rocks back n forth, and then some of the people in the office are rude! So far I am having the worst experience of moving into a new apartment. My refrigerator is infested with roaches, which in turn is has the appliance corrupted and not operating properly. The refrigerator’s freezer does not freeze food and I have a newborn child who breastfeeds!. The refrigerator itself leaks water into the shelves and the door doesn't cool properly. I have found roaches and spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and living area. I have not even unpacked completely or even been in the home for a week.
