I have ordered pickup from here a few times and every time I order the nova with cream cheese bagel they just give me a plain bagel with cream cheese and no salmon or any of the toppings it comes with like capers, etc. I would strongly not recommend anyone order this bagel because you will not get it. They will just give you a plain bagel with cream cheese.
