Graham was incredibly helpful over the phone in helping us troubleshoot our new to us hot tub. He went above and beyond with his explanations, knowledge, timely feedback. We will definitely be using this establishment again instead of Gunnison or Montrose.

My Hot Springs spa circulation pump failed, leading to frozen and cracked lines. Graeme used his considerable forensic knowledge to quickly determine the source of the problem and repair the tub for a reasonable price.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future issue.
I thought I had a $$$ issue with our ancient tub heater. Graeme came that day, disassembled a few things and got it working the old fashioned way: by fixing it, not blindly replacing it. A true troubleshooter who knows everything and is pleasure to chat with.
Never another worry about the water in our tub! We put an end to DIY caretaking, balancing, cleaning...the whole bit that comes with owning a hot tub. Now the MOST reliable, consistent, and knowledgeable Quality service is just a regular routine for the affable owner, Graeme Roberts. Bravo to Graeme and staff for being the Best in the Valley. We love our clear, fresh salt water:)
