As one investor to another, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CRESTCORE. My husband and I own 9 properties and work with 5 property managers. This is the second worst property manager I've worked with. We purchased a home through Roofstock who recommended Crestcore. Months passed without income. It was only when we inquired about not receiving payment that Crestcore advised that they would communicate with the tenant. This was 2 weeks ago without an update.
