My initial dental visit at Crista Bella Dental was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Rice, the dentist, was through and professional. Would definitely recommend this rental office for Veterans and general public. Paul Phillips
Dr. Price is amazing, has incredible skills and manners. Treats his patients with dignity and respect and actually tries to establish and build rapport. He’s the only reason I’ll keep going back. Front desk staff can be hit or miss w their attitudes and welcomes. Assistants as well I’ve had some issues with. My experience with Cresta Bella Dental and Braces was nothing more than disastrous. Let me start first with just the appointment itself. My appt was on a Friday at 11:20. I get a call from the front desk asking me to move my appointment from 12:00pm to 11:00. They admitted they made a mistake. First they have you prepay for the cleaning. The hygienist starts her process and probes my gums to test the depth which is called out to the assistant to document. I had a few deep pockets which I was aware of. Cresta Bella Dental continues to be the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is happy and friendly. I don’t personally like the dentist, but the team makes it as an enjoyable experience.
