Cleanliness and decor of office was excellent. Front desk staff warm, friendly and professional yet easy to talk to. Back office staff very friendly yet professional. Dr Rice personable and helpful. Felt very comfortable with his demeanor and treatment plan. Whole office experience was very pleasant. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, was the pricing of the recommended treatment. It was easy to get my appointments scheduled. Dr. Rice and his assistant were great. Will be seeing them again. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
Cresta Bella Dental made my baby’s first dental visit such a wonderful experience! The team was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. The front desk and dental assistant were incredibly accommodating, even helping us capture a sweet photo to remember the milestone, and they kindly spoke with my mom in Spanish, which meant a lot. The doctor was very friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Truly a caring and professional office—I’m so glad we found them! 🦷✨
