I have really enjoyed my residency here, the common areas are always kept clean and looking nice. The property manager Marcy and the maintenance crew are always quick with their response times and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this apartment!
This apartment at 1160 Suncrest Dr Are the best apartments to live how clean they are how nice they are and how grateful and it’s amazing clean gym clean community room. And how the management is great .I been to other apartments and this one is my favorite and the best .
I’ve had a great experience living at 1160 Suncrest Dr. The area is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it really comfortable to live in. The apartments are clean and spacious, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the convenient location it’s close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, which makes everyday life easier. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
This is a great place to rent from if you’re looking for a safe and clean environment! The property manager Marcy has always been really nice and easy to work with, and responds in a timely manner. We have also had to submit a few maintenance requests which are also dealt with quickly and Chris (the maintenance worker) is always very respectful and never leaves any mess!
I would not recommend Crest View Village Apartments or GC Real Estate Partners. After I moved out, I never received a clear or complete breakdown of my move-out charges. Instead, I was given a vague note saying they were still “processing” everything, without any detailed explanation.
