If you want your heater to go out with the landlord ignoring you for multiple days about having a maintenance request when it’s negative thirty five! degrees outside than this is the place for you! don’t forget the windy draft in all the window frames and the balcony door! i love when there’s enough room for lady bugs to crawl through the horribly designed balcony door on late fall days! also don’t park outside with you’re new car it will be hit and ran.

This property has met our needs with the spacious apartment, in unit laundry and garage space as well as open parking. Management is very responsive and has quick responses to maintenance needs when any issues come up. Thanks Marcy and Crest View!
Amazing place to live. Marcy does a great job at keeping tenants updated on everything going on as well as communicating if there are any issues. I highly recommend living here.
