I have been here for three hours, and my tire is still not done. They skipped around me and did other cars in my tire still not done. then they have the nerve to cuss you out and look at you like you’re stupid. This is one of the most horrible places ever.
This is my “go-to” for tire service. I had gone to a dealership for my new VW and they told me I have to buy a tire. I take it to Crest Tire and they repaired it. It’s holding very well!. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I had another vehicle that I took to a tire shop because I had warranty with them and they tell me that I need a whole new set. Only good thing about this place is they sell used tires for cheap, other than that this place is a joke, I came in for a simple flat and rotation, once the work was done I ended up getting charged 3 times the original price! They charged me for extra flats I did not need! They said they applied a sealer to the inside of the tire, but still charged $12.99 the same as a flat? I usually go to discount tire but, they had no availability. Rule of thumb always speak to the customer before doing any un agreed work!
