Do not let Gumaro Vasquez off the hook. We understand that paying out-of-pocket costs were necessary to remedy issues that arose after purchasing a home. But not this far, and I've shared our concerns with the agent, who also happens to be the seller, since the beginning. The house is a significant investment, and even though we didn't find anything suspicious about it during the walk-through, we now see it as a contract breach AND a warranty breach. I’ll never work with them no communication not respond to any call or email (JODI KACZMAREK ) take days to just to respond to my text I was trying to submit an offer not professional at all even at the open house

Connie Granato was great! We have sold/bought 4 houses and dealt with 3 different realtors in the past 19 years. Connie has been the best one by far! Dependable, honest and knowledgeable.
