Lead person doesn't communicate with house staff. Staff are not trained well enough or have very little experience they are pretty much placed in a home to work in with very little training or experience. Plus never enough staff to cover any shifts, being pulled out to cover places they've never been . Office Boss has no idea how any of the home are run or what goes on daily, and never covers for anyone. Will not not admit to her own mistakes or apologize for them either. Believes she better than everyone under her.
