If you’re looking to sell your property, look elsewhere. We have contacted Peter Dugid regarding a few properties over the past year, yet he never answers calls, or messages or email inquiries. We’ve had to chase him to view a property for weeks on end but he doesn’t bother. We were interested in two townhouses in Beaconsfield however on both properties, didn’t even bother. Then we found out one sold for $540,000 which was outrageous and should be criminal. One identical has just sold after his for $730k. Shame on you Peter.

Tried contacting this agent for about a week about a house they were selling. Tried sending enquiries through, tried calling both the agent and reception multiple times, and tried sending emails and texts to the agent (Peter). There was no response from him on any of the occasions. When he finally did respond through email (after a week), he said that the property had just gone under offer that morning.
