他の方も記載の通り、受付からホテルまで車で約10分ほどかかります。初めは分からずにホテル住所へ向かい、ホテルに到着した際に人はおらず車を入れようとしたところ、「受付は別の住所です」とエントランスの前に案内がありました。受付の住所まで車で向かい、そこがホテルだと思いスタッフに確認すると、「ここでは宿泊できないので、先ほどのホテルまで戻ってください」と言われ、そこでようやく状況を理解しました。少し戸惑いましたが、無事にチェックインできました。 駐車場の利用料金は1日20ドルです。宿泊時にはデポジットとして300ドルの支払いが必要です。このデポジットは数日後に取り消しが行われるため、特に問題はありませんでした。 受付のスタッフの対応はとても親切で、フレンドリーに案内していただけたので安心できました。また、ホテルの水回りも清潔で全体的には綺麗で快適に利用できたのは好印象でした。立地や案内面で少し不便さを感じましたが、接客と設備の良さを考慮し、星3の評価です。

Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I stayed for my 1 year anniversary with my partner and was really disappointed at the poor quality of this hotel. It states online this is a 4 star hotel, this is blatantly a lie as when we arrived, what we found was a motel. There's no reception and no facilities whatsoever. This obviously does not fall under the requirements of a 4 star hotel, on top of that, when asking in person what the price of car parking was I was quoted $30 a night, however online it says free... read more

Horrible experience as room was dirty and smelt bad. And I NEVER received my REFUND OF $503. Nobody there are doing anything about it. Disgraceful.

Do not recommend. Paid for king room and we got two single beds pushed together. Can hear everything in these rooms. We booked it thinking it was a hotel as it says apartments/hotels and it wasn’t even an apartment - this was a motel. Check out was at 10am! Could only get an extension of half an hour or would have had to pay more which is crazy as the room was already expensive. Communication was very poor with staff via email. Not the best but not the worst. Only booked because it was close to where we needed to go for our trip. Checking in at another location wasn't ideal. The $300 hold deposit is absolutely ridiculous. When I got there to pay the remaining cost of the booking I was told one number, I show the person at reception my email showing the balance which was a lower number and she just adjusted it to match the email??
