I spent over 6 months working with Alex******* only to lose the opportunity to save about $32,000. When I had to keep following up and asking about the process I tried working with the owner Bill ****** who promised to ensure better follow through but still failed to get things closed before rates increased 6 months after starting the process. Save yourself time, money and frustration. Go somewhere else!

Jessica is completely right. After reviewing the difficult file, I do believe that more could have been done by Alex to either to get the loan to work, or at least to have communicated better with Jessica so she could have tried elsewhere. By the time she contacted me, we had been expired on our rate lock for over 30 days, and even if we could have gotten the loan done, a lot of the benefit no longer existed. Like many other people I was given a rate and how much cash I could pull and then after a long wait I got terms that were nowhere near what I had been quoted. Gave me The runaround for several days and I finally gave up on them. Totally dishonest. Stay away
My contact at Crest mortgage was Rick M*****. He was very difficult to communicate with and he did not explain the re-finance process very well at all. I would not recommend him to anyone who does not understand the re-finance process perfectly, with all the data needed, and all the closing charges, AND all the forms to be filled out online.
