We bought a new left over 2023 Crest Savannah 250 in Texas but live in KY. The dealership HTX was so so. We’ve had a few issues with our pontoon and I can tell you Crest is Top Tier Customer Service! They have been so great to work with specifically Ms Dava and Rachel. The dealerships on the other hand, plain frustrating especially if you seek service from one not purchased from (we are military) so we move around. wow! i have been a crest owner since 2016 built like a tank Dava and Rachel in Customer Care are the bee's knees.
Bought a 2024 Classic L. Excellent quality. Very Well built. Heavy duty Frame. Seat materials are the best I've seen in an entry level model from any manufacturer. Would definitely recommend.
