wow! i have been a crest owner since 2016 built like a tank Dava and Rachel in Customer Care are the bee's knees.
Bought a 2024 Classic L. Excellent quality. Very Well built. Heavy duty Frame. Seat materials are the best I've seen in an entry level model from any manufacturer. Would definitely recommend.
Beware they don’t stand behind their warranty. We purchased a new 2019 saltwater series in 2019. Worst manufactured boat ever, even worse customer service. After 2 years the stitching came out of the seats. Declined warranty service. 3 years later pontoons started to leak, once again declined. We even aluminum protected and painted to prevent corrosion.
