SO MUCH POTENTIAL First of all the goods: -Customer Service was Polite and Helpful! - TV in room had netflix - Great Location The bads: - NO BEDDING. All that was given to us was paper thin sheet that we had to shiver under all night - Carpeted room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke bad - not enough palo santo in the world can help - No screens on the windows so difficult to air the space out - OVERPRICED. This place has potential. It’s really cute on the outside and customer service is good. However, the cabin that we had was extremely small, there were bright lights right outside the window the whole night (the curtains did nothing to conceal the lights), and there was no AC (this part was unbearable as the temperature was in the 80s+). For these conditions, it is way overpriced. Perhaps some of the other cabins are in better condition. Unfortunately was one of the worst and most uncomfortable nights staying here. Nice place
We stayed in the Arrow Bear cabin. Super cute rustic little cabin with a tiny kitchen separate bedroom and living room areas. The sheets were kinda stained but I could tell they were clean. "We bring our own anyway." It was a little slanty due to being on the hill. Over all this was a charming little cabin for a reasonable price. Perfect cozy cabin in the woods vibes. If you want hotel extent of clean don't stay here they are cabins not hotel rooms there will be dust and cobwebs.
Place was nice and quiet however everything had a strong smell of bleach towels weren’t clean carpet in the room was coming apart. Restroom was not pleasant to use specially the shower. Everything is super close so that was good. Overall it was okay.
