Really upset and disappointed. Very hard to get in contact with. I have been waiting over 3 weeks from both Ashley and Chris the Owner. Both told me they would have an answer for me by the end of the day. Here it is 3 weeks later and still no reply. I spent a lot of money with them a while back with them assuring me the ASSA lockset I purchased can always be serviced and maintained.
