so my uncle has died recently and for some reason the coroner sent him to this funeral home without the family having a chance to make arrangements and choose where to send him. this place left him sitting at room temp for 2 and a half days before putting him in the cooler, also did not embalm for viewing. now they r holding his remains hostage and we cant transport him due to the health risk involed due to the "nice" way they took care of him

Make sure your family member is adequately insured before going to Crest Lawn.. They were so very nice and sympathetic, until they found out our loved one only had \$1,200 in insurance. After that, they refused to give her a service. I did force the issue, but it was a very crappy service without music, attendants, or anything. Just a preacher, preaching a sermon. The worst part is, in order to get this shoddy service, we had to sign a promissary note agreeing to pay an exorbitant amount over the next 3 months.
