I think this is absolutely the worst jeweler I’ve ever come across. First, he tells my husband that rhodium plating doesn’t keep sterling silver from tarnishing. Wow, that’s just a complete bold-faced lie. Then, he does a dirty solder job, not bothering to clean the black residue that happens when you solder. To top it all off, the solder was done on less than a quarter of the surface that needed connected, and so it broke off the same day.

I took my good watch for a battery but the dates were the only thing working,not the time. She suggested I take it to Kings jewelry and didn't charge me for the battery. Took it to Kings but it would've cost >$100 to fix so I pulled out my $6.00 watch and got a battery put in..

I absolutely LOVE this jeweler! I’ve had several watch batteries replaced and watch links taken out here, and they always do an excellent job! The prices are also very reasonable and they are quick. Most recently had a necklace repaired and the work was excellent! Thanks Crest!
