I have taken my watches there for the last three years to have the battery replaced and purchased two chains. I have always been pleased with the service and the cost. Today, I took in a watch to have replaced a lost band pin. I was greeted with a smile. It took minutes and she said it was FREE. It would have cost me at least $30 somewhere else. You have a lifelong customer!

They do a great job with jewelry, Came here all the time to get my necklace fixed, it was only $10, they used to do it on the spot. They must have had a management change because I came to get my necklace fixed again and they gave me a slip and told me to come back the next day. The lady did not provide a quote as she said she did not know how much it would cost. When I came back they charged me more than double, $25!
