We found your Company over a year ago and I worked with your professionals to provide us with proposals on all of our coverages. All of your staff was very professional, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh of air. When trying to find a place for our coverage I dealt with a number of agents from other companies here in AZ and also in WI for our seasonal home. It was enlightening of how untrained and unpolished many agents were. Your staff is great. Highly recommend your company!
Crest insurance group in Tucson provides good service on all my policies and fast response on changes to my policies.
Having their insurance is fine but don't get hit by someone that has their insurance. They rear ended my service technician's van, and the insurance company totaled it. They paid for 30 days for me to rent a service van to put my tech in but they refused to pay another 3 weeks. I had to one, find another van, get it wrapped, get all of the equipment and everything moved back in to the newer van, all in 30 days. It took 2 weeks just to get my wrap done. This is absolutely unfair!!! So guess who paid for the rental van....me.
