When I pulled up to the car service, I was greeted by Mr. Derick Pham. He was friendly and very precise. He listened to what I needed and went over what repairs were recommended for the car. The service was quick and efficient!
My service advisor Troy, was awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and always courteous and kept me apprised of the repair along the way. Crest Infiniti prides themselves on delivering a Ritz-Carlton class of service, and because of this, I’ll be a client for life.
I requested a loaner prior for my appointment and as I arrived I was told there weren’t any left ( I live over an hour away) so I went back home. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule a pick of my car to try again. Waited over a week, decided to call them. Finally after a few days my car was picked up and a loaner was dropped off, no problem there. I was told I should get my car back the very next day. A week later I get a call that my car was ready .
