Purchased 2026 QX60 Recently.Miguel Guerrero was extremely helpful at every step
They never resolved my issue. Had my car in for a recall where they replaced my dash, wasn't installed correctly and the trim pieces around the radio started to break. I ask it be replaced, they glued it back together which also broke but more importantly they got glue under buttons on the dash and they no longer work. I've talked to at least a dozen people at this dealership and they showed no interest in helping me. If you're reading this it means it was never resolved.
