This place has the best customer service. I walked in a few times and asked for help with some work on my spray tank—the connection from the hose to my gun was leaking. They fixed me up right away and were so easy to work with. The job to fix my hose was just a little $10 job for them, and for them to take the time to help really shows the quality of service they give to their clients. Just a great business to work with.
Great and fast service. Hose room is the best in STL. Joe and Justin really know what there doing.
They believe that 2 days is enough training for thousands of products and miss labeled stock. Systems that are terribly updated. Unacceptable working conditions in their warehouse. Refusal help to fix mistakes.and favoritism for personal friends. Corporate could not care less about there on the ground works only their profits, the rest be damned.
Had a great experience with all the staff. I have to give a shout out to Christian. I think he’s a newer employee but you would think he’s a seasoned veteran. Really made it easy for me to get the parts I needed. Also everyone should have a pack of Husker wipes. Everyday I’m finding a new use for those bad boys. Crest… just better than the rest.
