Went to have my CR-Z A/C repair today. They did the dye no leak was reported they said they put in freon. Long story short it was blowing hot air took it back then the tell me i believe condenser is bad. I was upset left no A/C 1,600 wanted to fix. Left my paper work hopefully they will send me a copy to my email can't remember all else it need. Although they did my refund I still don't have Air the little I once had. All I want was to top off with freon. It truly saddened me to no end!

The oil change was fine. The attendant was courteous and professional. My car did not get washed. Also, at my last oil change, I was told I needed major work done on my car. I picked up my car today and it passed inspection with flying colors. This is very disconcerting. I replaced my front brakes with Crest upon the tech’s recommendation, only to find out they didn’t need to be changed. I still have my original rear brakes at 98k miles. You have lost a customer today.
