Horrible and inadequate work
Do not sign any paperwork with this company if your home isn't already built. Builder is slow and not responsive. Kept my earnest even though I had a provision in my contract that the option period didn't start until the home was complete. Went to check out the property nothing there but dirt no signs of building and a contract was signed in April 2022. Went to the address listed and found a financial service business.
Crest Homes does not pay their subcontractors! Don't do anything for them.
