Great service from Dr. Ling. Clean facility and the rooms are well lit. Poor service received from one of the young receptionist. Highly recommend that she gets additional training. She needs to learn to listen and don't aggravate the situation by insisting on a time frame.
I just wanted to start off by saying, I normally don't do reviews. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even though we were going there knowing that our beloved dog, Jay would not be returning home with us. They were able to get me in right away the same day. I thought that was very nice of them considering everyone else I called had a 3 to 4 day wait, or didn't have the med for euthanasia. RecommendedI really enjoyed this office today. My first time at this vet and they were beyond friendly, kind, efficient and affordable. So happy I finally found a vet in the area I like!
We LOVE Dr Walley and Team! Every single person on his staff is absolutely amazing. We started going the CHC&DC when our 5 year old mastiff mix needed his second TPLO surgery - June 2020. Dr Pare did the surgery and it was done wonderfully! The staff is beyond caring, and always treats our dear boy as if he is their own. Not too long after his surgery, his health started to decline. The vets and staff at Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic are absolutely wonderful. I have 3 dogs and wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else.

The staff really cares about their patients. They are very personal and really informative. It really makes you fell safe putting your fur babies in their hands. I recommend this clinic .
I was very impressed with Dr. Ling and vet tech Margaret on my first visit to the clinic with my dog Roxy. They were very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I spent about a half hour with Dr. Ling while she examined Roxy, so I was very pleased with her and what she had to tell me. So very happy I found a new vet/clinic who truly care about people's pets, instead of like some vets I've been to that rush you in and out. I highly recommend them.
They treat your fur babies like their family too. So thankful for all they do when we have to visit.
