Great service from Dr. Ling. Clean facility and the rooms are well lit. Poor service received from one of the young receptionist. Highly recommend that she gets additional training. She needs to learn to listen and don't aggravate the situation by insisting on a time frame.
The doctors they have are ok as vets go. But beware if you're homophobic - like Steve Martin would say, "there ain't a straight man around when you need one." Every one of the 'men' there are gay! There are only women 'doctors' so - don't be a male chauvinist. Also, beware of nurse Ratched if you have to tell them that their 'prices' are extremely high and that you don't have that much money with you - Ratched will jump you! No tact at all in these people. furbabies Rosie, Ginger, Dixie, and Benny LOVE Dr Wally and Dr Ling. These doctors genuinely CARE about their patients, and the vet techs and office staff are all extremely knowledgeable, nice and compassionate. They all know our dogs by name when they walk in the door! If it were possible to give a rating of more than 5 stars I would!
