After reading so many negative reviews, I was worried that my unloading would go just as badly. But to my surprise, everything went smoothly and quickly. The forklift driver seemed a bit nervous, though — maybe because he didn’t get to finish his morning coffee! In the end, I arrived at 7:30 and left by 8:15. But to be fair, I have a van.
