I have been getting my furniture from Crest for almost ten years, and will never go anywhere else for furniture! Great "family owned" customer service and more importantly GREAT PRICING! They sent me to Darvin to look at a couch- then beat the price by over $800!!! There was a defect with it, and they were fast to correct it and re-ordered the section with-out any questions or hesitation! A+++ customer service & pricing!
worst customer service ever! Custom ordered a recliner chair for my elderly father's Birthday gift. Chair was promised to arrive in 6 weeks but took over 4 months, then arrived defective, fabric buckled at seat causing welts on my father's behind!! Jason, the owner refused the return of the chair and would not refund! He was rude and ignorant to top it off.....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE!!!
